Welcome to Fridge Door Fun!
All you need is scrap paper, magnets, and a fridge that loves company. Discover which doodles, jokes, and wild inventions earn a spot on the door!
Where the Kitchen Becomes a Newsstand
Draw your best panels, let the magnets hold the scoop, and the refrigerator becomes your weekly gazette!
Newsroom Setup
- Choose a canvas — the fridge door, a freezer front, or a magnetic board in the kitchen.
- Give each reporter a few scraps of paper, or pick from one shared stack.
- Make a masthead: a long strip at the top that says Fridge Door Fun! Stars and rainbow letters welcome.
- Each round, add a brand-new panel: a speedy joke, a floating comic, or a wild invention that looks too fancy to be leftovers — then let it live beside the grocery list.
- Every edition gets three panels. Keep the favorite one on the door all week.
- Add bonus columns if you want: a weather doodle, a banana review, or a “the punchline comes back around” sequel.
This Week’s Columns
- Three-Panel Tales — beginning, middle, cheer! Everyone votes for the story they want to visit first every time they grab milk.
- Still Life Scoop — draw today’s sandwich, the dog’s nap, or the backyard at dusk. Boldest kitchen truths!
- Magnet Gallery — mix souvenir magnets with the art so the door feels like a city. Most joyful layout wins a quiet cheer.
- The Inventor’s Edition — one extra scrap that can look absolutely ridiculous. It still has to hold with a magnet, which makes the victory even sweeter.
Kitchen Life
- Everyone reads the door together, facing the gazette like a tiny stage.
- One new panel at a time — give each story its moment of glory.
- If a magnet takes a nap toward the floor, that’s a reprint day. Laugh loudly, then hang the favorite panel even prouder.
