We read messages, comments, and emails and reply when we can. Sometimes we respond directly, and sometimes we post a general update for everyone. We try our best to keep things safe — as a small team, response times may vary.

Some days we post a lot. Some days we post a little. It depends on what’s happening in our community and how busy our team is.

🕒 Availability

Our support team is small, and social media platforms sometimes have downtime we can’t control. If a site becomes slow or unavailable, we’re not responsible for those outages — but we’ll always do our best to stay connected.
