On the counter
Water or sparkling water. Slices of orange, apple, lemon, berries. A spoon. A napkin for the logo. Marker on a paper cup if you want the shop sign: Invent a Drink!
Sit at the table or stand at the counter together. The tray stays the stage.

Sunset Splash β orange + a squeeze of lemon + fizz. Name it after the color in the glass.
Berry Parade β a few berries muddled with the back of the spoon, topped with cold water. A mint leaf is a hat.
Apple Carnival β thin apple slices standing in sparkling water like tiny boats.
The House Mystery β close your eyes, someone else adds two things you already like. Guess, then name.
And now we toast!
Pour small. Taste. Say the name out loud. The crew picks a house favorite for the next round β same fruit, a new twist (more fizz, a cinnamon stick, a silly straw).
